TRANSPARENT bus shelters discourage crime and protect passengers from the elements while giving a clear view of approaching buses.
Why then cover 40 shelters with artwork and obscure the side panels of many more with advertisements?
One might as well use brick or stone, which are vandal-proof and more durable.
